Booking Conditions

A deposit equal to one night's tariff is required to confirm a booking. Full payment of balance due is required on arrival.

Peak Christmas & January holiday periods - full balance is payable by 1st November or upon booking whichever is the later.

All public holiday and Easter weekend bookings - full payment of balance due is required 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Standard Cancellation Policy

If booking cancelled up to two weeks prior to arrival - full refund provided.
If booking cancelled within two weeks of arrival - full refund available only if a replacement booking is received.
No refunds provided if booking cancelled within 24 hours of arrival.

Public Holiday & Easter Weekend Cancellation Policy

Full payment of balance is required 2 weeks prior to arrival or upon booking whichever is the later. We will only provide refunds for cancellations where we are able to rebook the vacant days. We recommend travel insurance to cover you in the case of unforseen circumstances.
